Lorekee Tutor V2 Beta is an AI-supported study tool for nursing and healthcare learners. During beta, some materials may still refer to Nursing Tutor V2 Beta. This policy is a practical beta policy, not a final lawyer-reviewed policy.

Do not enter real patient identifiers. Do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, addresses, phone numbers, photos, or other information that could identify a real patient.

• Study prompts, topics, selected learner track, study depth, and course/study area submitted to the tutor.
• Practice-test and scenario-practice activity needed to generate responses and show results.
• Optional beta feedback submitted through the feedback form.
• Basic technical information handled by the hosting service, such as request timing, IP-derived request handling, and error logs.
• Account information such as name, email address, approval status, and usage records for approved beta access.
• Notebook notes synced by approved signed-in users who choose account sync.

Notebook notes save in the browser on the device being used first. Approved signed-in users can choose account sync from Notebook, which stores synced notes with their account. Export and Import Notebook remain available for file backup and manual transfer.

Tutor requests are sent through the server to an AI provider so the app can generate educational responses. Do not include sensitive personal information, protected health information, or real patient identifiers in those requests.

• To maintain beta safety, rate limits, debugging, and basic abuse prevention.
• To review optional feedback and improve the product.
• To attribute usage to a signed-in beta user and manage approved access.
